About Google 2023 Solution Challenge

Create a Google-powered answer to a neighborhood issue that complies with one or more of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set forth by the United Nations.

Eligibility Criteria

It is open for all college/university students who are enrolled in GDSC but if you are enrolled then you have to enroll before participating in this challenge.

Team Formation Criteria

• The solution has only been created and submitted by teams of university or college students, with a maximum of 4 team members overall, not counting the member who submits the entry.
• The solution has to come from a team where at least one team member is a member of the Google Developer Student Club (GDSC) at their college or university.

• The top 100 teams get a chance to Win a T-shirt, certificate, and mentorship from Google and other experts to improve and submit a solution for the top prize.
• In this challenge, The top 10 finalists get a $1,000 cash prize per team member, a mention on the Google Developers Blog, a spot in the global Demo Day live stream, mentoring from a Google expert, swag, and a certificate, in addition to other prizes.
• The top 3 winner receives a $3,000 cash prize per team member and a feature in the Google Developers Blog and global Demo Day live stream, plus mentorship with a Google expert, swag, and a certificate.
