The Indian School of Business (ISB) has released the ISB Summer Internship Report 2025 for the first-ever 2025–27 cohort of its Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL). Students in this batch have an average work experience of 11 months.
According to the ISB Summer Internship Report 2025, students received over 175 internship offers from 38 companies across multiple sectors. The average stipend is Rs 3.2 lakh, while the highest stipend offered is Rs 7.3 lakh.

Sector-Wise Highlights from the ISB Summer Internship Report 2025
1. Consulting Leads the List
Consulting firms contributed the largest share of opportunities with 47% of all internship offers.
- Accenture was the top recruiter with 37 offers.
- McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, and Boston Consulting Group together made 19 offers.
EY-Parthenon, PwC, and Deloitte USI also hired students for roles in strategy, analytics, and business transformation.
2. Finance and Investment Roles (19%)
The ISB Summer Internship Report 2025 shows that finance and investment roles formed 19% of all internships.
Participating organisations included:
Jefferies, Mastercard, Barclays, Sorin Investments, DSP Asset Managers, JM Financial, Motilal Oswal, and Axis Bank.

3. FMCG (11%)
FMCG companies such as HUL, ITC, Colgate-Palmolive, Dabur, and Castrol hired students for roles in brand management and marketing strategy.
4. Technology (10%)
Tech companies like Amazon, Media.net, Practo, and Ola provided internships mainly in product management, as highlighted in the ISB Summer Internship Report 2025.
