Here, we will discuss the opportunity for everyone who wants to learn English as Delhi Govt & DSEU has launched a free Spoken English Course for age group b/w 16 & 35 years so stay with us till the post is over to know more about this special initiative of Delhi govt. It is a short-term course for the youth to help improve their English communication and soft skills. It has been designed in a way to help learners gain the confidence to speak English fluently
The course has many interesting features:

About DSEU
The Government of NCT of Delhi created the Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) in August 2020 to provide students with top-notch skill education to provide access to aspirational occupations and instill an entrepreneurial mentality and entrepreneurship.
About Delhi Govt & DSEU Spoken English Course
- The course will be for 3-4 months.
- Candidates may select to take classes over the weekend or in the evenings during the week.
- Classes of this course are carried out in offline mode with some homework.
- While applying for the course, applicants have to make a deposit of Rs.950.
- The deposit of Rs. 950/- is fully refundable upon successful completion of the course which means the course is free.
- To complete the course, students have to appear in at least 80% of the scheduled classes.
Eligibility Criteria of Delhi Govt & DSEU Spoken English Course
- Anyone between the ages of 16 and 35 is eligible to apply for this course.
- Anybody who wants to enhance their ability & power to communicate in English.
- A Candidate who has passed 8th class with English as a subject.
- Everyone who is searching for work that requires rudimentary English communication abilities.
- Those who live in the NCT of Delhi are only eligible to apply for this course.

Fee Structure of the Delhi Govt & DSEU Spoken English Course
Applicants have to pay a fee of Rs.950/- while applying online for the course. The deposit of Rs. 950/- is fully refundable on successful completion of the course. When the candidates successfully complete the course with at least 80% attendance, they will receive a refund of the fees.
Candidates who fall under the EWS category (Economically Weaker Sections) are exempt from paying any fees. DSEU believes that nobody shall be denied an opportunity to learn due to their inability to pay.
Certificate after the completion of the course
- Upon successful completion of the course, all candidates will be assessed internally by the delivery partner and will also receive a certificate for the same.
- If the candidate so chooses, they can also appear for an exclusive assessment with Cambridge University Press & Assessment India Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will receive a certificate from Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University and Cambridge University Press & Assessment India Pvt. Ltd. after passing the examination.
