About Microsoft DigiSaksham Program

The Ministry of Labour and Employment has collaborated with Microsoft to provide “Microsoft DigiSaksham Program” free training courses to all job seekers, freshers, and learners. The main motive of these free training courses is to empower job seekers in an increasingly tech-driven economy.

Under these training courses, learners will get an opportunity to sharpen their skills, practice the concepts learned and be job-ready.

Around 3,00,000 job seekers will be trained under these training programs. The whole focus will be given to empower learners from semi-urban and disadvantaged communities.

Field of Free Training Courses

Free training courses will be given in the following areas:

  • Excel
  • Python
  • Azure
  • Java
  • Security Fundamentals


Undergraduate and postgraduate students of any stream are eligible to apply. Freshers and job-seekers are especially advised to take part in these free training courses.
