About the Program
The global Aspire Leaders Program is a fully funded 14-week online leadership program offered by the Aspire Institute. It has been designed to help students unlock their potential and become well-rounded professionals. This program will empower the participants to explore their strengths and leverage them to create a positive impact in their communities. It is an interactive leadership development journey that is manageable alongside your other commitments.

About Aspire Institute
The Aspire Institute, an independent non-profit organization, started as a program under the Mittal South Asia Institute at Harvard University in 2017. Founded by two Harvard Business School professors, Dr Tarun Khanna and Dr Karim Lakhani, it spun off from Harvard in 2022 with a vision to help every young person achieve their full potential and contribute their leadership and talents to build thriving communities Free Harvard Course.

Eligibility Criteria for Free Harvard Course
- 18-29 years old
- Low-income background
- First-generation college student or recent graduate but not enrolled in a graduate program
- Intermediate level English

What would be the standard time for the sessions in India?
Sessions are a combination of synchronous and asynchronous learning. Module 2 faculty master
classes are going to be morning est/evening IST. Exact time will be decided. Other self organized peer
session times will be mutually decided by the small pods (8-10 students from around the world).
Which days would the session be conducted on?
Module 1 and 3 are self paced. Synchronous sessions for module 2 will be conducted between
Monday-Friday and students get to pick which session they are likely to attend. Synchronous session
times will be mutually decided by the small pods (8-10 students from around the world).
Would the teams remain the same throughout the modules?
The group of 100 would be the same, however, students always have the option to switch their pods.
