About the Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop creative and impactful content for our website, blogs, social media channels, email newsletters, and marketing materials to effectively communicate our brand story and value proposition.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns that align with our company’s objectives, target audience, and brand voice.
3. Conduct research on industry trends, interior design techniques, and home renovation best practices to generate innovative content ideas and stay ahead of the curve.
4. Write clear, concise, and engaging copy that showcases our expertise, highlights our portfolio of projects, and educates our audience on interior design concepts and processes.
5. Optimize content for readability and user engagement, ensuring that it is easily digestible and resonates with our target audience.
6. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, including style, tone, and messaging.
7. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create multimedia content that enhances the visual appeal and storytelling of our brand.
8. Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives using metrics and analytics tools to track engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
9. Stay informed about emerging trends in content marketing, digital media, and social platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
10. Contribute to brainstorming sessions, creative workshops, and cross-functional projects to support the overall marketing strategy and initiatives of the company.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Indian Standard Time (IST).

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role in a marketing context, preferably within the interior design or home improvement industry.
3. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in storytelling.
4. Strong understanding of content marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
5. Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow), and social media management tools.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for interior design, architecture, and home décor.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
