Role and Responsibility
Refinement of media strategy and assistance with its implementation in collaboration with the marketing team.
Helping to oversee social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook).
Managing campaigns and carrying out marketing campaign schedules.
Generating regular reports to monitor newspaper ad-edit ratios.
Managing market research and competitiveness.
Open a purchase request (PR) in the SAP program.
Follow up with the internal finance team regarding the purchase order.
Sending invoices, collecting money, and requesting top management permission.
Working together with the brand finance group.
Keep up with all cost entries that come in the mail for the MIS in Excel.
Keep an updated final cost sheet that you may discuss with the brand managers for each market.
Manage the office’s daily operations and any other tasks that you might occasionally be assigned.
