As part of the process, you must register twice:
- Once on the India Customer Service website (amazoncustomerservice.hirepro.in),
- Based on your passing the Preliminary English Test, you will be able to access the Global Customer Service site once more.
- After registering for the second time, the screen will direct you to the advanced assessments.
- Please use the SAME email address in both registrations, or your application will be rejected.
2. Registration:
- To begin, go to amazoncustomerservice.hirepro.in and register (click on “Apply” for a job to go to the registration page).
- After you register, we will review your application for the aforementioned eligibility.
- If you meet the requirements, you will be directed to the next screen for a Preliminary English Test.
- If you pass the Preliminary English Test, you will proceed to the advanced assessments in the following screens.
- When you re-register on the site, you will be asked to take the advanced tests.
