Hindustan Computers Limited (HCL) is planning to hire as many as 15,000 freshers in India campus as we all know there is high demand of jobs due to corona thousands of people lost their jobs.
Last Year, HCL Company recruited 9000 freshers for their campus.
Apparao VV, HCL head of HR, told TOI: “Hiring is based on two parameters— growth and backfilling we must do due to attrition. In the last quarter and in the current one, the attrition has come down significantly. This quarter, it looks like a single-digit attrition. So our back-fill hiring will also be less.”
