About the WIPRO

Wipro (stylized in lowercase as, Wipro) is an Indian multinational corporation that provides information technology, consultant, and business process services. Selection Process

Step 1: Registration

Register for Wipro’s School For IT Infrastructure Management Program, 2023 by filling up a simple form.

Step 2: Online Assessment

Eligible candidates will be invited to take a 40-minute online assessment that will test their verbal, analytical, quantitative and written communication skills.

Step 3: Business Discussion

If you are successful in the online assessment round, you will be called for a business discussion with our project team subject matter experts.

Step 4: Offer Letter

If you clear the business discussion round, you will be sent a final offer letter. Just accept it to start your career as a Wiproite. Congratulations!

Additional Criteria

Only full-time diploma courses are permitted. No part-time, correspondence or distance learning diplomas will be eligible.

Open school /distance education in 10th and 12th standards will be accepted.

A maximum of 1 active backlog is allowed till the interview stage. Offers will be meted out subject to all backlog clearances.

A maximum of 3 years gap in education will be accepted between the 10th standard and the commencement of the diploma program.

No gaps will be accepted during the diploma program. The program should be completed within 3 years from the time it begins.

It is mandatory to have studied core mathematics as one of the diploma subjects. Business maths and applied maths will not be considered a substitute for core mathematics.

You should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card in the event of holding a passport from any other country.

Bhutan and Nepal nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.

Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible.

Note: It will solely be at the discretion of Wipro to permit/restrict the participation of any candidate, whether eligible or not, in Wipro’s School For IT Infrastructure Management (SIM) Hiring selection process.
