HCLTech is looking into the best training possibilities for new hires and considering how to use them on projects, according to CEO and MD Vijayakumar C. According to Ramachandran, only 5% of the company’s overall remuneration is made up of the variable pay plan, which is used by about 85% of the workforce.

According to Moneycontrol, HCLTech hired 17,067 people overall in FY23 compared to 39,900 in FY22. In the most recent fiscal year, the company had an 18% growth in revenues and an 11% increase in earnings.
