Roles and Responsibility
Responsible for processing and responding to inquiries.
Manage incoming customer service requests.
Make sure you meet the SLAs defined for requests across all relevant communication channels
Send timely communications regarding events or customers
Coordination with internal teams such as customer service, business development, marketing, technology, product, etc.
Identify and assess customer needs, provide feedback and share with relevant teams to achieve customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, and provide reasonable solutions or alternatives within the time limit
