Role and Responsibility In Tata Starbucks Summer Internship Program

• Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to promote the TATA Starbucks culture and values.
• Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for clues.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to maintain normal business operations and set a positive example for the shift team.
• Constantly developing satisfied and enthusiastic customers.
• Greet and interact with every customer.
• Find customer needs and offer each customer suitable products to improve service and achieve sales goals.
• Respond to customer needs and thank each customer.
• Demonstrate “Just Say Yes” behavior by paying attention to customer needs.
• Providing legendary customer service to all customers by operating with a “customer first” attitude.
• Help train new hires by positively reinforcing successful performance and provide respectful and encouraging coaching when needed.

• Consistently deliver quality beverages, grains and food products to all customers, adhering to all recipes and serving standards.
