Eligibility: All undergraduate and postgraduate students (part-time or full-time) from any discipline.

Competition Structure:

Round 1: Aptitude Assessment: 

• The assessment will have 20 MCQ questions to be solved within 20 minutes. 
• This assessment will be eliminatory and only shortlisted students will proceed to the next round.

Round 2 – Executive Summary Submission Round:

• The case study will be provided closer to the round dates.
• You are required to submit a 1-2 slider PPT of your proposed solution to the case study.
• You need to upload the same on this page under the Executive Summary Submission Round.

Round 3: Detailed Deck Submission Round:

• You are required to submit an 8-10 slider detailed presentation of the solution that you proposed in Round 2.
• You need to upload the same on this page under the Detailed Deck Submission Round.

Round 4: Grand Finale: Presentation Round:

• The top performers will be invited to present their final submissions to a panel of Senior Leaders of Unstop.
• You need to present the detailed presentation that you submitted as part of Round 3.
• Candidates will be competing to be crowned as the National Winner of the Unstop Talent Park.

Rewards

Internship Opportunity with a stipend of up to INR 1,00,000 per month

Full-Time Job Opportunity: The internship can be converted to a full-time offer, based on performance

The Winner will be awarded with a cash prize of INR 1,00,000/- 

1st Runner-up will be awarded with a cash prize of INR 50,000/-

2nd Runner-up will be awarded with a cash prize of INR 30,000/-
