This is paid internship of 10-12 weeks that offers personal and professional development and community-building. The Software Engineering Internship program will give you an opportunity to work on complex computer science solutions, develop scalable, distributed software systems, and also collaborate on multitudes of smaller projects that have universal appeal.
Eligibility Criteria for Google Announced Summer Internship
- Candidates who pursuing an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s, in computer science or a related field and/or who will graduate in 2023 should apply.
- Experienced knowledge of software development in one or more general-purpose programming languages is required
- The ability to speak and write in English fluently should be there in a candidate.
Preferred qualifications
- Returning to a degree program after completion of the internship.
- Expertise in systems software or algorithms is required.
- Mastery of Unix/Linux or Windows environments and APIs is required.
- Candidate must have TCP/IP and network programming.
- Effective implementation skills (e.g., C++, Java, Python).
Work Location
A candidate who applies for this internship have an opportunity to share their preferred working location from the following: Bangalore, Karnataka, Hyderabad, Telangana, India
