Eligibility Criteria
- Have the right to work in India
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
Role & Responisiblity
Your goal as an AmazonAssociate is to prevent problems, respond to inquiries, and satisfy customers. As our clients’ initial point of contact, you will respond to their inquiries via phone, chat, or email. This includes helping them with order and product inquiries as well as payment issues and website navigation. Utilizing an array of resources, our representatives navigate, investigate, and evaluate solutions while proficiently interacting with clients.

What time do you work?
Working varying hours is necessary for this position to accommodate consumers’ needs. Work shifts will include night, day, and late shifts, and a minimum of 40 hours per week, such as 4×10 hours or 5×8 hours. We arrange to use a range of alternative shift patterns between 6 am and 11 pm on Sunday and Monday to meet consumer demand. It can be necessary for you to work on public holidays. When your start date approaches, further details regarding your precise timetable will become available.
