About the Team:

Our group acts as a liaison between debtors and creditors. To maintain financial harmony, they closely monitor accounts, spot past-due payments, report collections, respond to customer inquiries, and create payback programs.

About the Role & Responsibility: Collection Team Lead

At Paytm, you will play a key role in helping designated branches meet their collection goals as a Collection Team Lead. Meeting product-specific goals, following the law when it comes to collection, and making sure the Code of Conduct is followed are all part of your duties.

Expectations/Requirements:

1. Achieve collection targets for the assigned branch.
2. Meet product-specific collection targets.
3. Ensure strict adherence to legal guidelines.
4. Oversee collection agencies and in-house collectors’ compliance with legal guidelines.
5. Monitor for fraudulent practices and prevent losses.
6. Uphold the Code of Conduct.

1. Over 2 years of relevant experience in Collections.
2. Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
