Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in product design or user experience (UX).

Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions.

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of experience as a product designer working with design systems.

Experience contributing to mature design systems including component design, documentation, and education.

Knowledge of Figma design tools.

Knowledge of technical constraints and best practices in designing for digital platforms and responsive web, as well as inclusive design principles.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.

Role and Responsibility

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative solutions.

Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high-fidelity prototypes.

Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.

Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.

The estimated total pay range for a UX Designer at Google is ₹9L–₹2Cr per year.
