About the Capgemini
Capgemini SE is a French multinational information technology (IT) services and consulting company, headquartered in Paris, France.
it was founded by Serge Kampf in 1967 as an enterprise management and data processing company. The company was founded as the Société pour la Gestion de l’Entreprise et le Traitement de l’Information (Sogeti).
In 1974, Sogeti acquired Gemini Computer Systems, an American company based in New York. In 1975, having made two major acquisitions of CAP (Centre d’Analyse et de Programmation) and Gemini Computer Systems, and following the resolution of a dispute with the similarly named CAP UK over the international use of the name ‘CAP’, Sogeti renamed itself as CAP Gemini Sogeti.
Cap Gemini Sogeti launched US operations in 1981, following the acquisition of Milwaukee-based DASD Corporation, specializing in data conversion and employing 500 people in 20 branches throughout the US. Following this acquisition, The U.S. Operation was known as Cap Gemini DASD.
In 1990 Cap Gemini Sogeti acquired the UK company Hoskyns Group, the European leader in IT outsourcing and managed services.
In 1996, the name was simplified to Cap Gemini, and the firm launched a new group logo. All operating companies worldwide were re-branded to operate as Cap Gemini

1. Co-ordinate, follow up, and schedule candidates for the interview process
2. Document collection, audit, and assisting in the offer release process
3. Drive data collection, analysis, and management decision-inducing reporting in a frequent and timely manner
4. Operational tracking and reporting where required
5. Maintain and update records in the database as required.
6. Support various initiatives concerning smooth execution, monitoring, analyzing and tracking the outcomes
7. Develop a good understanding of key TA functions and business impact
8. Gain knowledge about processes and tools used for driving TA initiatives
