About IIT Bombay
One of the fifteen higher education institutions in the nation, the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IITB) was founded with the intention of offering possibilities for advanced study, training, and research in a wide range of scientific and technological fields.

Enabled by the OCR and post-editing related technologies developed at IIT Bombay, they are now seeking the participation of the community of Sanskrit lovers, software developers, machine learning enthusiasts, project managers, etc.
About the work-from-home job/internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing operational aspects of the projects
2. Preparing annual & quarterly project progress reports
3. Maintaining documentation & presentation and drafting proposals/technical reports
4. Facilitating project review meetings
5. Preparing of presentations
6. Helping with daily centre operations and coordinating activities, prioritizing and delivering the task assigned
7. Developing/maintaining project deliverables under the direction of the project manager and coordinating with team members/clients
8. Staying plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and applying them to operations/activities
9. Working on data cleaning, pre-processing, and data collection
10. Writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code by using the best software development practices
11. Handling stress and committing to work
