About IIT Ropar
In Rupnagar, Punjab, India, there is a public technical university called Indian Institute of Technology Ropar (IIT Ropar). It is one of the eight more recent Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) that were founded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, in accordance with The Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 2011, with the goal of improving the accessibility and standard of technical education in the nation.
In 2008, MHRD established it. At IIT Delhi, classes for the academic year 2008–2009 were held. The Institute began operations on August 1st, 2009 at its Rupnagar transit campus.
About IIT Ropar Certified Internship
This internship is launched to provide internships in three different domains which are as follows:-
- IR Website Management
- Creating a database of universities worldwide
- Making strategic planning to increase the number of international student’s admission
Duration of Internship
The duration of this internship will be six months.
Eligibility Criteria
For IR Website Management: Minimum requirements include familiarity with coding and a B.Tech. in CSE or BCA in normal mode with at least 60% of the required marks.
Creating a database of universities worldwide: Minimum requirement: Graduation in any field with a minimum grade point average of 60%. A master’s degree is preferred.
To develop a strategic plan to increase the admission of overseas students: MBA with at least 60% in any stream is the required minimum qualification.

Benefits
Candidates receive a certificate of completion after the completion of the internship.
Stipend of Rs. 10,000/- Per Month consolidated is given to selected candidates.
