Purpose and Scope of Position

  1. In order to establish and sustain the Starbucks Experience for our partners and customers, this position leads the team of store partners and the operations of the store.
    A store manager’s primary responsibilities include achieving sales goals, boosting profitability, managing workers, dealing with customer service difficulties, and overseeing safety and security concerns.
  2. The store manager must operate and behave in accordance with TATA Starbucks Limited’s guiding principles.
