Purpose and Scope of Position
- In order to establish and sustain the Starbucks Experience for our partners and customers, this position leads the team of store partners and the operations of the store.
A store manager’s primary responsibilities include achieving sales goals, boosting profitability, managing workers, dealing with customer service difficulties, and overseeing safety and security concerns.
- The store manager must operate and behave in accordance with TATA Starbucks Limited’s guiding principles.
Key Responsibilities in Tata Starbucks Internships
