About Flipkart SOCA
Our distance learning program was created with the original idea of educating and enlightening young people in rural and urban India about supply chain management. The program helps participants become financially independent and develops their professional skills to fit their workplaces without significantly altering their daily schedules or finances.

4 Available Training
1. Warehouse Management
This module offers procedures and methods for maintaining inventories at the best level. The WM course covers every facet of warehouse management and equips you with the knowledge and abilities needed to manage the WM module successfully.
WM is an application solution for warehousing management that offers vital informational analytical reporting data on warehousing operations such as commodities receipt and issuing batch and quality control in the warehouse, and different sorts of movement in the warehouse. This facilitates excellent traceability while regulating, managing, and storing commodities and raw resources inside a warehouse.
2. Delivery Associate
A product’s journey from a warehouse shelf to the back of a truck to a customer’s doorstep is discussed in the Delivery Associate Module. The procedure ends with the “last mile” of delivery. It is also the moment the package eventually reaches at the buyer’s door, which is crucial for ensuring customer pleasure.

3.eDAB( person with disability)
The eDAB Module fills the gap between the skill sets needed for people with disabilities (limited to hearing and speech problems) to operate in supply chain operations and also offers convenient access to learning opportunities for attaining the necessary skill set.
4. Wholesale Operations Associate
The module for wholesale operations clarifies each step, including controlling and organizing to make sure that all wholesale operations go successfully.
Eligibility Criteria
You can enroll in this program if you received an ITI or diploma after graduating from high school with basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
