Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as an Intern – Project Management-CSR. This position is ideal for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience who are looking to gain practical experience in project management and corporate social responsibility (CSR). As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects related to CSR initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Role and Responsibility
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule.
Conduct research on best practices and industry trends related to CSR, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of CSR programs, including employee engagement initiatives and community outreach activities.
Travel to the project areas in the Northern part of India – Haryana, Uttarakhand
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other communication materials to share project updates and outcomes with stakeholders.
Participate in meetings and workshops related to CSR, and contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance project effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
Support the team in ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.

Preferred Skill
Comfortable to travel to the project areas in the Northern part of India – Haryana, Uttarakhand
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Knowledge of CSR principles and practices is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
