Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the design and implementation of complex, large-scale, and strategic IT projects.
Possess a minimum of 2 years in client-facing consulting roles.
Possess a minimum of 2 years experience with Business Rule Management Systems (BRMS) such as Blaze or iLog.
Experience with Web-based technologies: HTML, XML, Java, JSP, Servlet, JSFÂ
Practical experience in Java (Enterprise-EJB’s), Web Services and servers, Middleware, Net, and SOA knowledge as it pertains to architecting solutions.
Detailed knowledge of software architecture principles and methodologies.
Detailed knowledge and experience in Waterfall and Agile development projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work effectively with all levels of an organization in both the technical and business departments.
Senior Java Lead
Work experience as a Senior Java Lead or similar role
Experience designing, building, and testing Java EE applications
In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVC
Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
Good delegation and time management skills
Problem-solving abilities
Identify and analyze user requirements
Prioritize, assign, and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle
Develop Java EE applications
