Role and Responsibility
Develop and execute Retention and Nurturing strategies and initiatives
Assisting the CRM/Retention team in their day-to-day tasks
Liaisoning with various internal stakeholders for the timely execution of monthly campaign plans
Reporting one ongoing initiative and campaign performance

Preferred Skill
Should have a basic understanding and interest in Digital Marketing and Communications
Analytical and reasoning skills are a must
