Identify scope for improvement in marketplace processes and come up with structural.
solutions for various problems impacting seller experience.
Expected to own end-to-end design and execution of an initiative.
Structure and conduct analyses to define objectives and key results for a program. Back-up business decisions with data.
Identify industry trends and perform benchmarking to shape critical initiatives in the e-commerce marketplace ecosystem.
Liaison with cross-functional teams such as category management, supply chain, finance, legal, tech, etc. for seamless execution of programs and course-correct based on the need.
Create dashboards, trackers, and newsletters to improve the visibility of the programs both internally and externally.
Track the status of the initiatives vs. the expected timelines & intended impact Highlight issues and problem-solve with the relevant stakeholders to make sure the initiatives are on track.
Hiring Associate – Category Services Preferred Skill
Strong analytical and presentation capabilities with experience in presenting to senior leadership.
